All services are subject to our terms and conditions, as well as a non refundable deposit payable at time of booking, with remainder due at the time of the appointment, by card, cash or immediate BACS payment.
Invoices can be provided for insurance purposes, and many pet insurance policies will cover physiotherapy and hydrotherapy treatment due to our high level of qualifications and registered membership with NAVP.
